Roger’s X-5 Universal Dry Rub can be used on just about anything. The Formula includes Pasilla Chilies which are very mild a flavorful. The Pasilla Chili adds a Roasted-Toasty Flavor that simply cannot be found anywhere else. If you are looking for something really different you should give this one a try. You can make To-Die-For Pork Ribs, Pork Butts; Just about anything. We even used X-5 on our Easter Ham--That's right--A fully cooked spiral cut ham from Costco--and it was Awesome!!
