We take Fresh California Garlic Cloves & Natural Salt, and we Smoke them with Natural Hickory & Apple Wood Chips using our own special process. Then we blend the Smoked Garlic & Salt with California Parsley and a pinch of Sugar. There is only ¼ teaspoon of sugar in the whole 4oz. jar! Just enough to give it that perfect flavor that keeps everybody coming back for more.
