Roger's Northern California Style Dry Rub is our latest addition to our Regional Dry Rub Series. It's unique Flavor Profile is just what you want for the Northern California Style of Grilling and Smoking. It is Spicy with Chipotle Chili, slightly sweet with Raw Sugar and a little Smokey with Smoked Paprika & a touch of Coffee. It's perfect if you like a bit of spicy-heat in your seasoning. We use it on Beef, Chicken, Ribs and Pork Butts! When I was doing my research on the Nor. Cal. BBQ Region, I found an article that said there is a large population of Pacific Islander's that live in this area and they have had a big influence on the Nor. Cal. Style of Barbecue; we have created Roger's Northern California Style Dry Rub to showcase these Regional Flavors, it is truly something new and different!
