Have you ever wondered 'what is that spice on Curly Fries?' Well I can tell you what I use on our Curly Fries and Spicy Steak Fries that we serve on our Catering Menu: take a couple of tablespoons of Roger’s No-MSG Seasoning Salt, mix it with ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper and there you have it! Just adjust the proportions to your own taste; you can make it just as spicy as you like.
