Caribbean Island Spice

Roger’s Caribbean Island Spice contains many of the same flavors that you would find in a traditional "Jerk Style" seasoning, except: we left out almost all of the Hot Chili Peppers! What we ended up with is a very unique flavor that is mild, nutty, savory and slightly sweet. We use this blend to make our Caribbean Style Chicken Tacos with Island Cole Slaw; we make our Island Cole Slaw with Pineapple and we put it right inside the Tacos; Always a big hit at our Food Vending Locations! This one works very nicely on Pork Butts in the Smoker as well! Roger’s Caribbean Island Spice has become one of our top sellers; We have had a bunch of Repeat Customers for this product!
