I don’t have a Smoker, can I still use you Dry Rub to make Pulled Pork and Smoked Spareribs?
Yes you can! If you have a “Kettle” type BBQ Grill, or almost any grill with a cover that you can close while you are cooking, you can use it as a Smoker; even a gas grill can do a decent job if that is what you have. See our “Cooking Tips” page for different cooking methods we have used over the years. I make Smoked Pork Butts for Pulled Pork on my Charcoal Grill all the time when we go camping, just so I don’t have to bring the Smoker along.
